The Spinergy XLX is the reinforced upgrade to Spinergy’s popular LX wheel. Designed for active wheelchair users who want increased stiffness and durability without sacrificing weight, the XLX features a distinctive hybrid radial and cross-laced spoke pattern.
The outer spokes cross at the hub, increasing lateral stiffness and stability while maintaining the lightweight performance Spinergy wheels are known for. This cross-laced configuration also reduces the “wind-up” effect when pushing, providing a more immediate response with every push.
Like all Spinergy performance wheels, the XLX uses Spinergy’s patented PBO™ fiber spokes. These advanced synthetic fibers are stronger than steel while weighing significantly less, helping reduce overall wheelchair weight while improving durability.
PBO fiber spokes also absorb vibration and dampen road shock, helping reduce fatigue and discomfort during everyday use.
With its reinforced spoke pattern and lightweight construction, the XLX is an ideal wheel for active users who want additional stiffness and durability for everyday mobility.
