The Vicair Active O2 is a high-performance wheelchair cushion designed for active users who transfer frequently and require excellent lateral and frontal stability without compromising skin protection.

It combines ergonomically shaped foam at the front for steady, confident transfers with Vicair SmartCells at the rear to offload pressure from high-risk areas including the sitting bones, coccyx and sacrum. The result is a cushion that supports posture, improves wheelchair handling and helps maintain comfort throughout the day.

The Active O2 is fully breathable and machine washable (SmartCells), delivering excellent temperature and moisture regulation for everyday use.

Pressure care & clinical use

The Vicair Active O2 helps prevent pressure injuries and is also a high-quality addition to a pressure injury treatment plan (Stage I–IV).

The SmartCell compartments can be manually adjusted to:

• Accommodate or correct pelvic asymmetry
• Provide partial off-loading of high-risk areas
• Increase lateral support where required
